PASTOR'S WIFE SLAMMED FOR BOOB'S DISPLAY!

She’s not going cover up, she’s going to wear what she wants to wear in the name of Jesus, amen? She’s going to wear what she wants to wear.”

CRITICISED: Meagan Good with husband Devon Franklin

CHRISTIAN ACTRESS Meagan Good was told to “cover up” by an audience member during a Valentine’s Day talk with her husband Devon Franklin at a church in LA.

The couple, who wed in 2012, stopped by One Church to promote their book The Wait, and their journey of celibacy prior to getting married.

In a question and answer session with the congregation one member appeared to take issue with Good’s personal fashion choices.

The woman, who isn’t visible in the footage, said: “I was at a grocery store and I looked at a newsstand and I saw you and you had your breasts showing.

“I wasn’t going to come here but the Lord brought me here to see you.

“You’re a beautiful young woman and your testimony is awesome. The Lord let me come to push past the judgement cause this is real. You have to make sure what you say and what you do match up, understand?”

Sat on stage in an oversized flannel shirt and black trousers, the actress didn’t respond, but the woman continued: “So we’re going to cover up, right?,” she probed.

A visibly irritated Franklin leapt to his wife’s defence abruptly ending the interrogation.

“Wait a minute, wait a minute,” he said.

”No, No, that is not what we’re here for. She’s not going cover up, she’s going to wear what she wants to wear in the name of Jesus, amen? She’s going to wear what she wants to wear.”

The room erupted with applause for Franklin who had reached to console a visibly upset Good.

“Y’all about to see a whole ‘nother Devon that y’all ain’t seen,” he added. “Remember I am from Oakland, now,” he warned.

“If we have questions, we will take questions but if we have comments you can save those for your social media and your prayer closet amen.”

A teary Good was comforted as the audience rallied in support to chant, “we love you Meagan.”

The 34-year-old composed herself to respond to her critics once the audience had settled down.

She said: “I could address what she said and it would take me a while to address it because I have very specific feelings about that, but I just want to say to that young lady however you feel, if that’s how you feel pray for me and I love you and God bless you.”
