Kenilworth Full Tips Review

11:40 - Perpetua House Maiden Plate Smashing maiden and definitely a formline worth following. TINTAGEL is the pick of the raced trio but a number of these impeccably bred newcomers could be forward enough to win on debut. They include R5.75m purchase SOVEREIGN SPIRIT, CROWN TOWERS and NATURALIST. Other well-related first-timers worth including are Futura's full brother SCRIBNER, SILVER PLAINS and VIKRAM.

Top Tip: TINTAGEL (3)
Watch out for: CROWN TOWERS (5)

12:15 - Carl Greaves Brokers Work Riders' Maiden Plate (F & M) Match race. SECRET PATH has finished close-up in her last three starts, once over course and distance behind a useful stable companion. On that form she will competitive but may be worth opposing with WITHOUT LIMITS who herself has run behind some smart opposition. She was 3rd last time out and the runner-up has won comfortably since!

Top Tip: SECRET PATH (1)
Watch out for: DOUBLE ROSIE (2)

12:50 - St Dalfour Maiden Plate Some well-bred newcomers and a few likely improvers to note here. Snaith runners KALAHARI NINJA and TRIP TO THE SKY ought to build promising debut efforts. The latter appears the pick on riding arrangements but the form of the former's is working out well. ENGAGE AND BEWARE and SPIRIT OF SONG are the pick of the newcomers. Both represent powerful jockey-trainer combinations.

Top Tip: ENGAGE AND BEWARE (9)
Watch out for: SPIRIT OF SONG (14)

13:25 - Pravda Vodka Open Open Mr 91 Handicap MAGNIFICENT SEVEN easily accounted for RED PERIL (2kg better off) and FRIENDLY TIBBS (2,5kg better off) over this trip last time, although the margins were flattering of those rivals and he should confirm superiority despite the weight turnarounds. MAN ABOUT TOWN won his handicap debut last week and may have more to offer, so could be better than rated.

Top Tip: WAITING FOR RAIN (1)
Watch out for: RED PERIL (2)

14:00 - Protea Toyota Bellville Conditions Plate (F & M) Good race. NORDIC BREEZE is better than her last start suggests. She has beaten several of these rivals recently and should be competitive again over a more suitable trip. However, both OVER AGAIN and MADE IN HOLLYWOOD are weighted to turn the tables. The form and wellbeing of the latter's stable is a concern, though. GOODTIME GAL and CAPE CHARLOTTE could get a look in too.

Top Tip: GOODTIME GAL (1)
Watch out for: NORDIC BREEZE (2)

14:35 - Perpetua House Mr 80 Handicap SHAMROCK WIND trounced maiden fillies when winning her last start by more than 11 lengths! This is a tougher task against males but she is clearly above average and should be in the shake-up. READY STEADY GO lacked a finishing burst when tried over further last time and better can be expected reverting to this trip. Consistent DALIBHUNGA has solid winning credentials too.

Top Tip: READY STEADY GO (1)
Watch out for: CAPTAIN'S CHARM (2)

15:10 - Infiniti Insurance Fm 82 Handicap (F & M) Open. THE BOSTON ROSE was given a clever ride when beating several of these last time. She is equally adept up the straight and should be in the firing line. IT IS WHAT IT IS and FOURS A CROWD are held on form but won't be far off, but PASSION PEACH can the turn the tables over her preferred track/trip. Lightly raced returnees WINGS OF HONOUR and MARION BELLE have claims too.

Top Tip: THE BOSTON ROSE (2)
Watch out for: IT IS WHAT IT IS (3)

15:50 - Balega Maiden Plate (F & M) MERKABA outran TROU AUX BICHES over 1400m recently and should confirm that form. Both will appreciate the extra, though the same could be said of ZELVANO who stayed on well in her comeback run over shorter last time. DEPECHE, COURTISAN and OVER THE WAY have the form to feature, but are vulnerable to less-exposed rivals ANGKOR and TATTOOED ROCKER who should improve this trip.

Top Tip: DEPECHE (1)
Watch out for: ZELVANO (2)

16:30 - Perpetua House Maiden Plate CROME YELLOW chased home a potentially smart sort when returning from a lengthy layoff. He would have come on since so should give this a good go, despite a wide draw. Jockey Anton Marcus is an eye-catching booking for MASTER OF SPAIN, who finished well clear of WINDCHEATER (when on debut) last time. Both should improve this trip. POTAWATOMI will race handy so has a chance too.

Top Tip: CROME YELLOW (1)
Watch out for: WINDCHEATER (5)
